Correlation does not equal causation, at the same time. That's exactly what I meant by 'falling hardest on those with the least ability to deal with it'. I agree that falls on minorities more. But that's a class thing, not a race thing. The fact is the worst excesses of conditions, wages, and job security stripping I'm referring to also have happened in living memory, at the same time the inclusivisty and diversity of society was getting way better.
